You are invited to donate to the Victim Services Fund in memory of Charles Whites.

This fund will provide immediate help to crime and accident victims in our community. Our Law Enforcement agencies have Victim Service programs that connect crime and accident victims with community resources. But victims often need immediate help before these community services become available. Your donation will help those in our community who are in need due to crime, accident, or other crisis where first responders are involved within Williamson County.

In Giving to this fund, you are following in Charles’ footsteps. Victims may need money for food, transportation, a night in a hotel or shelter, infant and child car seats, or other types of short-term, compassionate emergency assistance. Charles would, as first responders frequently do, dig into his wallet to help those who suddenly found themselves in circumstances beyond their control. With your donation we can do more.

Our first responders can’t do it alone – A message from Connie Whites

When Charles was fatally injured in the line of duty I felt the shock, pain, panic, grief, and fear so many others in our community have experienced. The Round Rock Police Department, other first responders, and this community were there for me from the very beginning. I want other victims to get the help they need. To do that, our Victim Services programs need a stable budget.
With your help, crime and accident victims in our community will come to know as I have, that along with our first responders, our community cares greatly.
Thank you for your donation.
– Connie Whites
