Our purpose as a community foundation is to nurture and inspire philanthropy.
We do this by:
- Leveraging existing resources (through our Giving Circles and our investments)
- Connecting resources with scarcity (grants from Donor Advised Funds and programs like Philanthropy Hour)
- Supporting nonprofit organizations (through grants, free consulting and endowment management)
When we started, we had a handful of fund holders, and after 20 years, the foundation now proudly serves 92 different funds and has granted out $20 Million Dollars in the last 20 Years! And we're not done yet!
This year, as we celebrate our 20th Anniversary, we our asking our neighbors and community partners to donate to our $20 for 20 Years Campaign, to help us build our unrestricted grant endowment, so the foundation can provide grants to nonprofits in Central Texas and further expand the Legacy of Good!
