Support for Sandy Creek and Cow Creek
Flood Victims — Travis County, July 5, 2025
In the aftermath of the devastating flash floods that swept through Sandy Creek, Cow Creek, and Northwestern Travis County on July 5, 2025, families and entire neighborhoods have been upended. Unprecedented rainfall triggered a torrent that overwhelmed homes, displaced residents, and claimed lives. The destruction has been swift and heartbreaking. The floods claimed the lives of nine individuals and four are still missing. Much of the nation's attention has been on the catastrophic damage in Kerr County, but the victims in Travis County are in desperate need of financial support to rebuild their lives.
We are calling on the strength and generosity of our Central Texas community to help our neighbors in Sandy Creek, Cow Creek, and Northwestern Travis County begin the difficult process of recovery. Every donation will go directly toward providing direct financial assistance to those most impacted by the flood.
